The SCF-Three-Rivers School Scholarship

This scholarship option awards up to $2,000 per recipient in the first year. The scholarship is annually renewable up to the completion of a bachelor’s degree with the possibility of incremental annual increases.

An applicant for this scholarship MUST HAVE ATTENDED Three-Rivers School in the Sunriver Business Park, and spent a minimum of one school year at Three Rivers School.

Any applicant who meets the Three Rivers requirement can be either:

A high school senior who will be graduating from a Bend-LaPine School District high school in the spring when applying for this scholarship, and is planning to attend an accredited college/university or accredited trade/technical school.
— OR–
Already a high school graduate from a Bend-LaPine District high school and is either (1) applying for college admission for the upcoming academic year, or (2) is already attending an accredited college/university or an accredited trade/technical school

Other Criteria

• Professed religious faith or church attendance is not required.
• The applicant is to have a 2.5 grade point average in their senior year of high school.
• The same grade point average is required of those first-time applicants who are already attending a higher education school.
• An applicant will be or is enrolled full-time in a specific vocational or degree program (regardless of the program’s length).
• If a scholarship recipient wishes to annually reapply, he/she must maintain a minimum 2.5 grade point average throughout their particular higher education program.
• Each applicant will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the need and/or academic merit.
