Purchase of the property included 51 parking stalls owned by SCF. 75 parking stalls remain owned by the adjacent aquatics building. However, an agreement was negotiated and executed for reciprocal use (sharing) by both parties of access from Cottonwood Road and use of all parking.

The agreement also includes sharing of maintenance costs, including snow removal, for all parking areas. The agreement was recorded concurrent with the closing of SCF’s purchase of the property.
