SCF Annual Business Meeting & Reports Deadline

The SCF Annual Business Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 22, following the worship service.

Approval of the “Proposed 2023 Budget,” election of church officers, and approval of amendment changes to the church’s By-Laws will be included in this important meeting. Ministry leaders are asked to submit their respective annual ministry reports to the church office by January 13 [note change in deadline] if they want them included in the “Annual Report.”m

MOTION TO AMEND THE BYLAWS
On this year’s Annual Meeting agenda, occurring January 22, after the worship service, is a motion to amend the SCF bylaws. This requires a signed ballot from each member.
Please find a copy of the bylaws, with the suggested changes in red type, with an attached ballot on the counter of the hospitality area. Ballots must be returned by the start of the Annual Meeting to be tabulated but may be returned at any time prior to January 22. If you would prefer an email ballot or a mailed ballot, please let Rob Pearson know by January 15 for email or by January 11 for regular mail.
NOTE: After the January 8 Worship service, Gene Krueger will hold a question and answer session regarding the bylaws changes for anyone interested.
